‘The boredom of my childhood afternoons was a journey where time belonged to me, a space where I created immense dreams, a world without beginning or end, like a sentence that ends with three dots…’
Gaël Faye, L’ennui des après-midi sans fin
At the beginning of the show, there is… nothing!
By following three characters as they make their discoveries, each member of the audience is invited to marvel.
From scattered objects — seemingly left there by chance — the characters shape surprising and poetic images.
It is by lifting the trapdoor that the marvellous unfolds, just as faceted crystal has the ability to open up space and diffract light, offering a field of reverie unique to each individual.

Wonderful things can happen out of nothing. A show to re-enchant boredom and restore daydreaming to its full creative power.
Françoise Sabatier-Morel, Télérama
A show about boredom which, instead of boring us, opens the door to our imagination and carries us away. Like a child playing, building a world where everything is ultimately connected, we forget that we are in the theatre.
