Stage production
Les Abîmés
8 years and up
Created at MOMIX, SN La Filature, January 2025
Performed at the Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, March 2025
A stage version of the triptych Les Abîmés (“The Damaged Ones”), this production tells the story of two brothers, P’tit Lu and Ludo, who are victims of their father’s violence.
It all begins with a trilogy: three episodes written by Catherine Verlaguet, directed by Bénédicte Guichardon, and premiered at Le Totem in Avignon in July 2024.
The full version, performed without interruption, premiered at MOMIX in January 2025, then at the Théâtre de la Ville – Sarah Bernhardt in Paris in March 2025.
Designed specifically for theatres, this version offers enhanced scenography, lighting and sound design, while maintaining the proximity to the audience that is the strength of small-scale productions.
We follow the journey of the two brothers, joined by Faïza, Ludo’s best friend, and Nora, the educator at the foster home.
For pupils who have seen one of the episodes in class, this version offers an extended experience: they will recognise two of the four characters on stage, as well as part of the story, now unfolding in all its depth.

TTTT – Masterfully performed, this show poetically evokes a reality that urgently needs to be told, so that other children feel empowered to speak out.
